Airbus warns it is ’bleeding cash’ and may need more job cuts

European planemaker Airbus warned its 135,000 employees it may not survive the coronavirus lockdown without immediate action that includes deeper job cuts. Its chief executive, Guillaume Faury, told staff in a letter on Friday that the plane maker was ’bleeding cash at an unprecedented speed’, and was considering all options.

Let them go bankrupt. Bankruptcy only gives workers more power on in the restructured company. The only people who stand to lose money are financial speculators.
