Inability to deal with the Covid-19 pandemic brings down Kosovo’s govt

Kosovo’s govt collapsed after his main coalition partners sided with opposition parties defeating PM Kurti by a vote of 82 to 32 partly because of his inability to deal with the Covid-19 pandemic. Kurti now remains a caretaker PM until a new govt is formed. The vote was welcomed by US owing to Mr.Kuti’s opposition to aspects of an American peace deal in the region.
