Colorado and Nevada join Western states pact on reopening economy

Colorado and Nevada will join California, Oregon and Washington, in the Western States Pact, a plan to coordinate how to reopen their respective economies. The pact, which first formed 2 weeks ago, involves sharing info and agreeing to meet a set of benchmarks before relaxing social distancing orders. Multiple states are planning on allowing some non-essential businesses to open on or near May 1.
