Over 70% of federal prisoners screened for coronavirus test positive

The federal Bureau of Prisons’ latest figures show that out of the 2,700 tests performed for coronavirus, nearly 2,000 have come back positive - strongly suggesting there are far more prisoners with the virus than currently reported. About 300 prison staffers have been tested positive for the virus while more than 30 prisoners have died of it.

Most of these people are young. If you let them out they will not lock themselves up, but just do illegal things and spread virus. It's already 70% so those people don't need to leave in any case
