Governor closes all roads leading into New Mexico city amid COVID-19 case spike

New Mexico Gov. Michelle Lujan Grisham has announced she is putting the city of Gallup on lockdown after a spike in COVID-19 cases in the area. The governor said that starting Friday at noon she is closing all roads leading into Gallup from 5 pm to 8 am daily. Lujan Grisham decided to take the action under the Riot Control Act.

And the extreme measures taken are never enough. This isn't going to work anyway, there are essential workers that need to go in and out has well as food and other supplies, unless you intend to go full resident evil on the city cut it off so everyone starves and then destroy the evidence.

I like the mayor of Grant's. He told the governor where to stick it, reopened business, and personally shooed away state troopers trying to fine businesses.

Maybe Dr. Fucci should not have had the NIH funding gain of function research at the Wuhan BSL - 4 Labs. He had been warned may times. It is on record. The documents are all there to find. Based on the article from The Hill, they're not allowed out except when they are. Needs for essential items or whatever lets them out. Who's to say they won't just take off to wherever they want to go? There's also one other important point. It mentions a rise in cases. It makes no mention of a rise in deaths.
