North and South Korea exchange fire along demilitarized zone

North and South Korean soldiers exchanged gunfire along the demilitarized zone on Sunday. The Joint Chiefs of Staff in Seoul claimed that North Korean troops targeted a guard post. It stated that South Korea, in response, shot two rounds after providing a warning broadcast. The South, according to the military, did not have any deaths, while it is unclear whether the North suffered any.
