Warm weather brings people outdoors, poses challenge to authorities

Sunny days and warm weather are posing a stiff challenge to authorities as they try and contain the spread of the novel coronavirus. Thousands of people gathered on Sunday at the National Mall in Washington to witness a US Navy flyover which was done in order to honor frontline health workers. In New York City, picknickers and sunbathers gathered in green spaces to enjoy the warm weather.

Maybe the "authorities" should just fuck off and let people enjoy the summer.

Outdoors in the sun is literally the safest place to be as long as people maintain six feet of separation. Government officials shouldn't be discouraging people from going outside in sunny weather. Advise them to stay apart and buzz off!

Good, we are free, and that includes the right to risk getting sick! Pursue happiness America, that is our right!

If they really wanted to "celebrate" the essential and frontline workers, seems they would have "honored" them by staying away from others! More than likely this was Trump's idea?!!

It’s really hard being an authority, especially when everyone hates and ignores you because you lie and have absolutely no credibility or common sense. I feel so sorry for them. Those poor authorities, we should all believe and cooperate with them so their jobs are easier and that way we won’t feel guilty about being part of the problem instead part of the solution. Everyone needs to join the team and come on in for the BIG WIN.
