WeWork co-founder Adam Neumann filed a lawsuit against SoftBank Group Monday accusing the Japanese company of ’breaching their contractual commitments and fiduciary duties’ by walking away from a $3 billion share buyout agreement. SoftBank in April terminated the offer, saying conditions to complete the stock sale weren’t met by an April 1 deadline.
Neumann is such a scumbag.
He has a very punchable face.
Office sharing is likely to be restricted in many countries. I suspect that is the real reason for SoftBank walking away. Sadly it’s probably cheaper to fight and lose the law suit than take on a business with so many challenges given the pandemic.
