Hundreds in Boston rally against Massachusetts’ coronavirus restrictions

Hundreds of protesters gathered Monday outside of the Massachusetts Statehouse in Boston to demand Gov. Charlie Baker open up the state’s economy, waving American flags and signs declaring ’Liberty or Death’. The gathering, called the Liberty Rally, was promoted by Super Happy Fun America, the group behind last year’s Straight Pride Parade, and conservative local radio host Jeffrey Kuhner.

The purpose of the restrictions was to flatten the curve not stop the spreading. We can't stop the spreading completely. More people in MA are reacting out of fear than out of rational thinking.

I like it how leftists are saying right wingers are anti science. Yet we’ve flattened the curve. Yes. People will get and die of the virus but we’ve known that since day one, we can’t prevent all of the deaths. If we don’t reopen the economy 1 in 4 Americans (maybe worse odds) will starve because of the destruction of supply lines and the destruction of prices. Leftists literally don’t understand the states they call “flyover states” and it’s going to be the death of us all.
