A retired Kansas farmer who sent an N-95 mask to Andrew Cuomo, the Governor of New York was honored by his home state on Tuesday. The farmer, Dennis Ruhnke was two credits away from graduating with a degree in agriculture in 1971, but could not do so. As a result, so the governor and the Kansas State University gave Mr. Ruhnke a bachelor’s degree.
What a nice gesture. Congratulations Mr. Ruhnke!
