Seoul based spy agency reports panic buying in neighbouring North Korea

Amid claims their leader hid from the coronavirus pandemic, North Korean’s have been panic buying. In particular, sugar and imported goods have been high on the list. North Korea has taken intense quarantine measures, and claims zero domestic infections but sceptics warn that the country, known to control its media may be hiding an epidemic that its fragile health care system cannot cope with.

That's really interesting and I've never actually stopped to think that North Korea may very well be the hardest hit country and the world will never know.
