Hungary, Serbia, Montenegro ’no longer democracies’: Report

A US-based political watchdog said that Hungary, Serbia, and Montenegro can no longer be called democracies after unprecedented democratic backsliding. Freedom House in its report said that Hungry is instead in a ’grey zone’ between democracies and pure autocracies’. Serbia and Montenegro have also lost their democratic status because of the ’strongman tactics employed’ by their Presidents.
