Long Island barber fined for cutting hair in the back of his pickup truck

A Long Island barber was given a ticket and a warning for cutting hair in the back of a parked pickup truck. A video showed him snipping a person’s hair while wearing a mask and gloves outside his shuttered salon in Freeport. ’I own the truck and it’s my truck, I think I’m able to do what I want in my truck,’ David Siyunov reportedly said, calling the fine a violation of his constitutional rights.

He should sue the state. He has the right to work and earn a living, this isn't a commie nation where you need government approval to earn a living. He also has the right to disobey unconstitutional laws. He and his clients are also free consenting adults who are informed of any risks and can make their own choices on taking the risk. This has gone too far and it amazes me how many people gobble up the government edicts and think themselves smart and noble to freely give up their rights because big brother knows what's best for them.

He's correct, the lockdown is a suspension of his constitutional rights, is it lawful? Who knows, it seems like a gross overreach of powers to force businesses to close that have done nothing wrong.
