South Korea warns of COVID-19 second wave as cases rebound

As the world continues to form lockdown strategies, South Korea warns of second coronavirus wave after new cases linked to Seoul nightclubs. The Korea Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (KCDC) said Sunday that 54 COVID-19 cases have been linked to nightclubs in Seoul’s Itaewon entertainment district. The government says it will introduce tracking wristbands for those defying quarantine.
