Dozens of U.S. states ease COVID-19 restrictions this week

The U.S. is continuing to reopen slowly this week, with over a dozen states easing lockdown measures, including Michigan and Ohio. The move came as U.S. employers cut 20.5 million jobs in April, and the unemployment rate jumped to 14.7 percent. That is the highest level since the Great Depression.
