Western States Pact asks Congress for $1 trillion in coronavirus aid

The members of the Western States Pact -- California, Washington, Oregon, Colorado and Nevada -- in a joint letter to the Congress have asked for $1 tn in aid to help deal with the financial effects of the pandemic. The letter warns that states will be forced to make ’impossible decisions’ such as cutting public healthcare funding or laying off first responders and teachers should Congress not act

No. CA has a delicious tax rate. It noted through money in stupid policies that only made problems worse. They don't get to beg for money now like it is their right. Want to make hard decisions, quit giving drugs to homeless your are putting up in hotels.
