A Harvard University professor and 2 Chinese researchers at Boston University and a Boston hospital were indicted in 3 cases for lying to the US about their involvement with Chinese govt. Charles Lieber, the chair of Harvard’s Chemistry and Chemical Biology Dept., is accused of lying about participating in China’s Thousand Talents Plan, which aims to attract research specialists working overseas.
