Indianapolis police to get body cameras in wake killings of black men

Indianapolis police officers will be equipped with body cameras starting this summer. A push on this comes close to an incident from last when officers fatally shot two black men. Police have said Dreasjon ’Sean’ Reed, 21, and McHale Rose, 19, both shot at officers before they were killed in separate incidents just hours apart. Activist groups demanded that the shootings be investigated.

Killing of minorities in USA must stop. There is too much blood flowing because of racist views causing a feeling of less value of colored people. Policemen should not be trigger-happy individuals roaming around looking for easy undefended targets. Let’s hope that these new equipments will permit prompt justice and that the police do their job correctly I.e. protect citizens not murder them.
