NYC health head rejected NYPD mask plea

The head of the NYC Health Department has come under criticism following a report that she clashed with a high-ranking NYPD official. As per The NY Post, Dr. Oxiris Barbot told NYPD Chief of Department Terence Monahan, ’I don’t give two rats’ asses about your cops’, when asked for 500K surgical masks for officers, adding that she had others to care for and would be able to provide only 50K masks.
