A South Carolina restaurant sat their customers next to dressed blow-up dolls to help their half-empty dining room look full again. ’I dread putting that yellow tape across the booths and making everybody think that this is a condemned restaurant,’ Paula Melehes, the owner of Open Hearth told Fox. She said the employees brainstormed before opening the restaurant and turned to internet for ideas.
