Study found that Vitamin D may lower complications among COVID-19 patients

Researchers from Trinity College Dublin, the University of Liverpool, and the Irish Longitudinal Study on Ageing inspected the relationship between Vitamin D levels and coronavirus mortality rates. If you're going to boost your Vitamin D levels with supplements be careful to not go too crazy. Vitamin D is toxic in large doses as it is fat soluble and the excess isn't as easily flushed out as water soluble ones like Vitamin C. Look for Vitamin D2 & D3 in your supplement, some might not have these.
