Michigan protesters plan ’Operation Haircut’ against state’s stay-at-home order

Local barbers and stylists will be protesting against Michigan’s continuing stay-at-home order Wednesday by offering free haircut on the capitol lawn while following safety guidelines. The organizers said the idea was inspired by 77-year-old Owosso barber Carl Manske, who opened his shop despite state orders, and subsequently lost his license.
