Spain aims to reopen borders to tourism by June end

Spain last week surprised its EU Union partners by imposing a two-week quarantine on all foreign travelers and keeping its borders closed. However this was done in order to avoid importing a second wave of the COVID-19. Transport Minister Abalos clarified the move was temporary would reopen around June end in a much-needed boost for the ravaged travel sector and would be phased out gradually.
