As per a CDC study, child vaccination rates in Michigan have dropped since restrictions were imposed to slow the spread of the coronavirus, raising concern about outbreaks of other diseases such as measles. For the 16-month age group, coverage with all recommended vaccines declined, with measles-containing vaccination coverage decreasing from 76.1% in May 2019 to 70.9% in May 2020, the agency said

Nope the lockdown is 100% effective and has no negative side effects whatsoever. Not one reason why the lockdown wasn't the appropriate response to a disease that we new so little about. If you have a broken toe use a shotgun to remove your foot it is both effective and necessary.
