Trump slams Fox after hydroxychloroquine warning

President Trump slammed Fox News after host Neil Cavuto warned people to be careful about the potentially deadly effects of hydroxychloroquine. Cavuto made the comments shortly after Trump announced he was taking the drug to prevent COVID-19. Lamenting ’Fox News is no longer the same’, Trump tweeted, ’You have more anti-Trump people, by far, than ever before. Looking for a new outlet!’.

What if we just get politics out of medicine? It’s being evaluated, let us know the results without the spin because of who might be helped or hurt politically.

Thanks for admitting they were your propaganda outlet, I guess.

He really looks like he’s trying to sell this product. Does he still have stock involved here?

Trump says that every time someone on Fox News says something he don't like. Megan Kelly was the first to feel his anger, and I think Tucker Carlsen has felt it too.

Hundreds of millions of prescriptions given out over 70 years with no problems, now it's a risky, so retarded

Right. Because his own behavior can never be criticized. Ever. You must be a complete deep state hack if you ever do anything but lick his ass. Completely rational.

Anyone that disagrees with him is his sworn enemy and he unleashes his base on them.

New outlet? The press and/or News organizations are not suppose to work for the head of state or government in general.

Trump is mostly right. ‘This will kill you’ wildly overstates the risk of side effects of this drug. It’s a drug that has been taken prophylactically by millions to ward off malaria, and the ‘error bars’ are so wide that the risks may very well outweigh the benefits for some.

Wow. That is a first.

Tbh I've gotta agree with Fox here, Trump talking about it when studies were showing it was an effective treatment is fine, him talking about taking it himself isn't wise at all. It's not criminal, nor is it making him money as people suggest. It's just not a good idea to recommend.

What's missing is the Left's response to Fox actually reporting in a balanced manor.

The only thing I'd ever contemplate watching on Fox is Tucker Carlson, and then only once every couple of months do I actually watcha segment.

When taken properly "the benefits outweigh the risks", except when Orange Man Bad then its bad by default. This is why I stopped taking ALL legacy media seriously, left-wing right-wing same vulture.

Loved the comment made by someone identified as "outdoor." I'm all for Trump taking the medication instead of giving it to some poor animal who is trapped in a cage and has no choice of what is being injected into them. Let Trump be that test animal for the rest of us. Just because there are a couple of reporters on Fox News who won't perpetuate Trump's lies, the majority of Fox's reporters are more than willing to defend anything Trump says or does, even if it is to the detriment of the public that watches that station.

boy, he just absolutely does not care about the truth. I suspect he's lying about taking it though in order to boost the stock of the company he has personally invested in.
