Macron loses absolute majority in France’s National Assembly

Macron has lost his majority in France’s National Assembly as a group of defectors from his LREM party joined a new left-wing group. Seven lawmakers who have split would be joining the newly-formed ’Ecology, Democracy, Solidarity’ (EDS) group. The new EDS group said it will support ’neither the majority, nor the opposition,’ but will vote according to its own political agenda.

The more there are split parties, the less there is leadership. A leader can bring people together if he knows what he is doing. Unless of course, you are French.

The French are strange. The stereotype about them being arrogant is true. A nation of kings and queens, but no peasants to do the work. I'm kind of amazed they've stayed a wealthy nation.

Nice one. Make a better party if the one in power is a fake one. Love to do that here. We need like 10 parties here to at least to try represent everyone.
