Google reinstates PodcastAddict app in Store, apologizes for wrongful suspension

Google suspended popular app Podcast Addict from the Play Store, because some 3rd party podcasts reference the coronavirus outbreak, demanding the developer to prove that the product is endorsed by the govt. or remove any references to COVID-19. After successful appeal, Sr. VP of the Play Store Hiroshi Lockheimer apologized, explaining that Google is combating misinformation around the pandemic.
