Man reunited with parents after 32 years thanks to facial recognition tech

A Chinese man who was stolen from his family as a toddler has been reunited with his parents after 32 years after police used facial recognition technology to track him down and confirm his identity. Mao Yin was snatched aged two, while his father stopped to get him some water on the way home from nursery. Police said he had been sold as a boy to a childless couple for $840 (in today’s money).
