Actress Lori Loughlin of ’Full House’ fame, and her husband have decided to plead guilty to US charges that they tried to win their children’s admission to the University of South California in a fraudulent manner. The same was confirmed by federal prosecutors on Thursday. The two have agreed to serve two and five months in prison, respectively.

Unpopular opinion here. I want to know the names of the college officials that TOOK the bribes way more. Corruption started only because the officals took them that is who I give a damn about. The ONLY reason we know these three defendants Laurie, her husband, and Huffman is because they are famous. The media focused in hard on that and let the college look harmless vs the big bad actresses. Don't get me wrong I have no love for celebrities ,but if your that rich you would have probably done it too if offered especially if one of those daughters is a Instagram influencer and it's her only job goal. Universities let in loads of unqualified students on athletics alone what have no aptitude for higher education. The University is the real criminal here. Who gets longer terms crackheads or crack dealers.....?

Why exactly does her husband have 5 months in prison to her 2? And a larger fine? Seems to me the sentences should be matching...could be interesting to confine them together 😂 and also why are schools exempt from punishment?

Why are they wasting time with the parents? The people who should be prosecuted are the schools!

That's dumb that she only got 2 months! A normal person wouldn't be able to do this crime in the first place and it feels like her punishment is even privaleged too.
