Cyclone leaves trail of devastation along India, Bangladesh coast

The Amphan cyclone, the most powerful to strike eastern India and Bangladesh in over a decade, killed at least 82 people. However, the full extent of the casualties and damage will only be known once communications, hampered by torn down power lines and widespread flooding, are restored. Of those dead, 72 are from India while 10 are from neighboring Bangladesh.
