Hong Kong’s Basic Law at threat on account of China’s due national security law

The law of ’One Country, Two Systems’ followed in Hong Kong entitled the city to its traditional freedom. The National security law, followed in mainland China, jails the people speaking against the ruling Communist Party. China defends its new law stating that the basic law was threatened to its very base. The new law would prevent attempts to split the country and any terrorist activities.
