German economy to shrink by at least 10%: DIHK chambers of industry and commerce

Germany’s DIHK chambers of industry and commerce expect Europe’s largest economy to shrink at least 10% this year due to the coronavirus crisis. It’s president, Eric Schweitzer said, ’ German businesses are facing their biggest challenge since the end of World War II.’ The DIHK survey, conducted among some 10,000 industrial companies showed three-quarters reported declining demand.

Nope the lockdown is 100% effective and has no negative side effects whatsoever. Not one reason why the lockdown wasn't the appropriate response to a disease that we new so little about. If you have a broken toe use a shotgun to remove your foot it is both effective and necessary.
