’We have had enough’, says Michael Jordan on Floyd’s killing

Basketball legend Michael Jordan voiced outrage on Sunday over the death of George Floyd. ’I stand with those who are calling out the ingrained racism and violence toward people of color in our country. We have had enough’, Jordan said in a statement. Jordan stressed the need for ’peaceful expressions against injustice and demand accountability’.

Good on him, anyone calling for PEACEFUL demonstrations in these times has my respect. Too many people are shilling for violent thugs using George's death as an excuse to loot and burn

I am happy Michael Jordan is calling for nonviolence but I am disappointed that he has bought into the myth of ingrained racism. The most dangerous racists in the country right now are groups that have become what they claim to fight against. There is little to no evidence of institutional racism in Amerocan law enforcement or government. If there is any left at all I would be the first to want it dealt with. Trouble is that the word "racism" has been misused so often it has begun to lose it's meaning.

So...a super rich black person calling out systemic racism...better listen to Morgan Freeman, Larry elder, Tomas sowel, etc.

We have enough to prove Asphyxia by fentanyl overdose. Floyd suffered from heart disease and hypertension, and listed fentanyl intoxication and recent methamphetamine use.  https://abcnews.go.com/US/wireStory/george-floyd-family-release-results-autopsy-70994420 Asphyxia happens when your body doesn't get enough oxygen to keep you from passing out. Drug overdose. Opioids affect your breathing. When you take too high a dose, it can slow down your breathing to the point that your body does not take in enough oxygen. https://www.cdc.gov/drugoverdose/opioids/fentanyl.html Rates of overdose deaths involving synthetic opioids other than methadone, which includes fentanyl, increased 10% from 2017 to 2018. Over 31,000 people died from overdoses involving synthetic opioids (other than methadone) in 2018. 3rd min mark Floyd falls down for no reason police say they and witnesses say he appears drunk. https://youtu.be/vksEJR9EPQ8
