Camera phones increasingly effective in recording racist events?

Camera phones have increasingly become an effective tool in recording racial incidents in the United States. At least two separate incidents from last month (one in Minneapolis and one in New York City’s Central Park) have shown the effectiveness of these devices in recording such events.

I tried to read the vox article and now my head hurt. There's so much race baiting, false and misleading info, disenguenuous graphs... It's just a shining example of weaponized fake news.

Depends on what you define as a racist event. There is zero evidence that the killing of Floyd had anything at all to do with race.

They are also increasingly used to show a few cherry picked seconds of footage that don't reveal the full context of a situation.
