Tennessee court rules all registered voters can obtain mail-in ballots

A Tennessee state court ruled that all registered voters in the state can qualify for mail-in voting in light of the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic. The state, likely to appeal the decision, has also argued that the new system could not be set up in time for the November elections. The judge wrote that the state has taken an ’unapologetic’ position and has relied on ’oddly skewed’ assumption.

It's a funny logic these people follow, to go on protests that gets you in contact with hundreds of people for hours COVID-19 is not an issue, but to go to a polling station and spend there 15 minutes to vote is unthinkable because of COVID-19.
