Denver police bans use of chokeholds

The police in Denver announced that it was banning the use of chokeholds as part of a series of policy changes following the massive protests in the wake of the death of George Floyd. The measure, which will come into effect from Sunday, bans cops in Denver from using chokeholds or carotid compression techniques in any capacity.

Haven’t heard of anyone dying of a choke hold in Colorado. Seems they figured out how to do it without killing anyone. Maybe they should be the ones giving lessons to the rest.
