A man who was arrested for driving into protesters in Virginia on Sunday has been identified by prosecutors as a self proclaimed Ku Klux Klan leader. The man, named Harry Rogers, has been charged with destruction of property, attempted malicious wounding, assault, and battery, according to the police.
