Scottish and Welsh First Ministers push for Brexit extension
The First Ministers of Scotland and Wales have written to British PM Boris Johnson to request an extension to the Brexit transition period. The transition period is scheduled to finish on 31 December. Nicola Sturgeon and Mark Drakeford said they believe more time is required to complete negotiations and support businesses amid the COVID-19 pandemic.
