AstraZeneca agrees to supply Europe with 400 million doses of COVID-19 vaccine

Germany, France, Italy and the Netherlands have signed an initial deal with drug maker AstraZeneca for up to 400M doses of a potential Covid-19 vaccine. The vaccine candidate will soon move into phase 3 trials having already met benchmarks for efficacy and safety. The deal is the first contract signed by Europe’s Inclusive Vaccines Alliance, a group formed by the 4 nations to secure vaccine doses.

Given all the misinformation we've gotten regarding covid-19 in the past several months, it will be very difficult to trust vaccines that get sent out for literally hundreds of millions of people to put into thier bodies.
