22 year old charged in fatal shooting of retired St. Louis Police Captain

22 year old Mark Jackson has been charged with murder in the fatal shooting of David Dorn, a retired Captain of the St. Louis Police. Mr. Jackson has been charged with second degree murder, stealing, burglary, and three counts of armed criminal action.
