Canadian Trans Mountain pipeline spills 50,000 gallons of crude

The Trans Mountain pipeline suffered an oil spill at a Canadian pump station Saturday morning. It was shut down temporarily and reopened on Sunday afternoon. The pipeline leaked at the Sumas Pump Station in Abbotsford, British Columbia, early Saturday morning. About 1000 barrels or 50,000 gallons of light crude were reported to have spilled.
