A man in Vienna, previously approached by police on June 5th & reportedly provocative and uncooperative at the time, has been fined €500 for ’offending public decency.’ The man stood on top of a park bench and ’let go a massive intestinal wind with full intent in the immediate vicinity of the officers.’ Police have stated that the decision could be appealed against.
