Supreme Court declines to hear tech company’s challenge to tax rules

The Supreme Court on Monday declined to take up a technology company’s challenge to IRS regulations issued in 2003, that they say will cost them billions of dollars in taxes by limiting deductions for stock payments to employees. The appeal by Intel Corp.’s Altera unit challenged an IRS regulation that forces companies to allocate some of their stock expenses to foreign subsidiaries.

Good call by SCOTUS. They would probably not overturn this case, so it makes more sense to send it back to the lower courts.

Good for scotus.... We the regular blue class are sick n tired of companies n the grotesquely rich not paying their fair of taxes n the expecting hand outs from a pot they never antied into in first place... Corporate socialism n the rich with their own form of socialism between them need to pay up
