Ahmaud Arbery: grand jury indicts three men in murder case

The three white men accused of killing Ahmaud Arbery, a black man who was shot dead after being chased in a South Georgia neighborhood, have been indicted with murder charges by a Georgia grand jury. Travis McMichael, Greg McMichael and William Bryan were indicted with nine counts, including malice murder, felony murder, aggravated assault, and false imprisonment.

Hope the prosecution is privy to a bunch of evidence that hasn't been made public, otherwise these men are probably going to get off. Manslaughter would have been a far easier charge.

Wrong charges for the case. Too bad. Not filing proper charges based on evidence is a prime way of people getting away with the actual liability they have in a case. In this case even manslaughter would have been a difficult case to prosecute, but murder (even felony murder) will be extremely difficult to prove. After months of reviewing every shred of evidence in this case the only one that is responsible for Arbery's death was Arbery himself anyway.
