Spain to extradict ex-Pemex boss to Mexico to face bribery charges

Emilio Lozoya, the former head of Mexico’s state oil company, Petroleos Mexicanos, has dropped his extradition fight and agreed to return to Mexico to cooperate in corruption probe. Spanish police arrested Emilio Lozoya in Malaga in February on an international warrant issued by Mexico. Lozoya, 45, is wanted in his homeland on charges including bribery and money laundering.
