Private sector added 2.37 million jobs in June, says ADP

As per the data reported by Automatic Data Processing Inc., private-sector employers added 2.37 million jobs in June. The economists had expected a gain of 3.5 million. Small employers added 937,00 jobs, midsize companies added 559,000 jobs and large businesses added 873,000. However, the services sector experienced a large gain in June, adding 1.9 million jobs.

Watch out on the sheer # of jobs numbers. My company is shopping around ways to include part time employees in what was previously only full time positions because people are less productive working from home after transitioning from an office space. Looking to increase # of employees, but with reduced hours & no benefits. Nothing concrete yet, but something doesn’t feel right after seeing what they’re looking into.

That's good and would be a very reliable source for this information. Obviously doesn't include companies and small businesses that dont utilize their service but that's a greàt step towards recovery.
