US seizes items thought to be made from hair of Muslims in Chinese labor camps

The US officials have seized a shipment of human hair products believed to have been taken from Muslims in labor camps in China’s Xinjiang province. The products were part of 13-ton shipment worth more than $800,000 from Lop County Meixin Hair Product Company, and were detained at the Port of New York and New Jersey.The Xinjiang-based exporter was blacklisted months ago for using forced labor.
