Public schools all in person this fall, says NYC Mayor

New York City Mayor Bill De Blasio announced Monday that the public school system will be in-person only when students return in September for the next academic year, bringing an end to remote learning. However, in a letter New York City Schools Chancellor Meisha Porter sent to families Monday, she said: ’Masks will continue to be a requirement in all of our school buildings.’

Mine too. With zero cases among the students. Masks were done away with in the beginning of May.

It's about time NY caught up with Florida on this, since they are a full year behind us. The only part of the pandemic they are leading on is their death count.
