The U.S. has surpassed 50,000 cases of COVID-19, reaching a new 24-hour high of 57,497. Over the past week, new cases of the virus are up 43% in Florida, up 35% in Texas, and up 20% in California. As of Saturday, the coronavirus pandemic has infected 11,124,651 people worldwide, as well as 2,808,003 in the U.S. At least 526,003 people died from the virus globally, 129,476 of which were in the U.S.

That’s honestly not that high considering the total population. Are the test still giving 80% false positives? Hasn’t the mortality rates been dropping regularly (from an already next to nothing percentage) since we stopped poorly using ventilators for almost every case? It just doesn’t seem to add up to our reaction.
