TikTok,WeChat and other Chinese apps banned in India which says they are spying

Amidst the military standoff between India and China, India banned 59 Chinese applications, including TikTok and WeChat. The ban on Chinese apps was signed by India’s Home Minister, Amit Shah, on Monday. India’s information technology ministry issued a statement, which claimed that TikTok was secretly ’transmitting’ user data. TikTok denied the claim.

Why you would want Communist Chinese Government spyware on your phone is still beyond my comprehension level.

Time's up on enduring China' bullying, scams, IP stealing, racist nationalism and arbitrary killings of political opponents! Thanks to India, our greatest democracy to stand up!

It is honestly their perogative to prevent access to revenue to a hohostile foreign state. That is without speaking on the massive data collection on the part of China. [Yes; I know most apps and nations do, too. ]

Corporations only care about bottom dollar. This has NOTHING to do with doing the “right or wrong thing” ... it’s about no health benefits, environmental regulations, and additional costs that they don’t have to worry about in USA. How dare Trump want a better life for his American citizens.

Boohoo, China blocks so many apps and sites it's not even funny. Chinese that visit overseas on chinese SIM cards can't even access google maps because western service providers oblige.

Tik Tok was awesome to kill some time. What the Indian govt gonna do now to help with people to kill time? India failed spectacularly containing the virus even with the strictest lockdowns in the world. So no jobs, no money, no travel, no food, no entertainment, nothing...stare into cows ass and drink it’s piss. India hats off to you killing your people miserably.

Honestly... I'm not normally for banning things.. But this might be a good thing for their kids.

Lest we forget plague.inc was banned and is ILLEGAL now in China.
